[SOLVED] RTX 2070

Solution
The manufacturer. Can't say much else without the specific models.

Nvidia doesn't technically make them though. They design the chips, which are produced by a fabrication facility, and in the case of Nvidia, assembled by a third party in their name. Coolermaster makes the Nvidia heatsinks, board assembly is typically Foxconn.

MSI is a board partner, so they either take the standard design from Nvidia and manufacturer it with their own cooling and branding, or design their own custom board for reduced cost (fit an older cooler, or simply a cheaper parts list), and they'll have some overengineered products that should perform better.

But as long as they are the same GPU, they should perform quite similarly. Mostly depends on how good...

But as long as they are the same GPU, they should perform quite similarly. Mostly depends on how good the cooling is. At the high end, superior power delivery can get it a few percent faster, particularly when overclocking.
