[SOLVED] RTX 2070s idles at 24 C

According to HWinfo and my task manager, my rtx 2070s idles around 24 degrees Celcius. Is this normal? It gets to around 35 C when I edit in premiere pro.

It is a low temperature but depends on what your ambient is and if you have fan stop enabled.

List your full system specs please, including make and model of your PSU.

In the meantime you can try DDU in safe mode to reinstall your drivers.
