drops decreased but still continue
Well for me it was just a matter of reinstalling Windows and it was fixed. I learned that the PSU is unlikely the problem in a scenario like this, otherwise I have no clue, check power plan options maybe, and are you overclocking?

Overclocked 4.Ghz with 1.350v today

for a ryzen 2600, at 4ghz you can probably set the voltage to 1.3 instead of 1.35

run prime 95 blend test for a few hours to confirm it's stable.
if it's too hot, return to your bios settings a set "load line calibration" or "LLC" to "low", and test again.
