Question RTX 2080 Super dropping frames in PUBG

So i just got a asus rtx 2080 super advanced and decided to play pubg on it
Used geforce experience to optimize the game
I have a 1440p 144hz monitor
I get a lot of stuttering idk for what reason
Whenever I aim down the sights it kind of skips and isnt a smooth transition
The FPS is usually around 90ish with everything set to ultra 1440p
Is this normal ?

Please list full pc spec.

Also try a fresh install of gpu driver using DDU to remove the current driver.

And sure, i'll do a fresh install of the DDU drivers

I noticed one thing tho, my GPU temps go upto like 72 C while playing PUBG specifically
Also, cpu goes to upto 81 C while streaming even when the cpu is only 20% usage
