Question RTX 3060ti or 3070ti

Hi All,

Currently Running a Gigabyte GTX 1070 with Ryzen 5 3600 on an Asus X570 powered by a Corsair RM750i. Display is 1080p

Looking to upgrade the GPU and I have the 2 choices above.

1. Asus Strix RTX 3060ti - Brand New
2. Gigabyte Aorus RTX 3070ti - Pre-owned (Cheaper than the 3060ti & 2 years warranty remaining)

If I keep the rest of my hardware unchanged, what's the best option to go with? Any performance bottlenecks I might have to look at? if so what should I be looking at?

Strictly a gaming PC.

P.S. I do not live in the west. Options are limited. Parts are rare, and cost a lot.

The used card was likely mined on. But is a more powerful card. If you are willing to look at amd cards you might check to see if there are options on that side as well. Something like a 6700xt or 6800xt.

Mining has been a concern for me as well. But I don't know how to tell if it's been mined on or not.

Unfortunately I'm not considering Radeon cards as I prefer Nvidia
