Question RTX 3070 %100 GPU usage

I have an Asus G713QR and when I looked at GPU usage while playing Elden Ring, I only got 40 fps and 100% GPU usage. I looked at benchmarks and you should get 80 fps with a PC like that. It's not only on Elden Ring. I played "Sea of Thieves" and "Jedi Fallen Order" and got the same problem. Is anyone know the solution?

A mobile 3700 is a lot slower than a desktop 3070, plus you have whatever the laptop maker decides what its power limit is.
Do you have the 80watt or 125watt version?

Also are the reviews you are comparing to using the same resolution?

Desktops have better thermals, GPU's can pull more wattage which often helps a lot.

If we looked at Notebookcheck, the 3070 should be able to get 60FPS in Elden Ring in 1080p or 1440p (there seems to be an FPS cap enforced in game) and 60-70 FPS in Jedi Fallen Order. They don't have anything for Sea of Thieves though.

However the few reviews I've looked at for the laptop would suggest to me that it shouldn't be getting 40 FPS on average unless there's something else that's wrong.
