Question RTX 3070 and Ryzen 5 2600 only giving me 40-60 fps in GTA 5 ?

Hi, I recently got a new Asus RTX 3070 KO and paired it with my Ryzen 5 2600. I have plans to upgrade my cpu but not for a while due to short on money. I play gta 5 with a mod called redux and I get roughly 40 fps at night and sometimes 60 during the day. I saw someone else run a 3060 ti and a ryzen 5 2600 well above 60fps both night and day. I'm just so confused why my PC can only run this game on such low fps even in multi-player ?

Have you checked if you have any bottlenecks in cpu usage, ram usage etc ? An easy way to do this is to use the xbox game bar. Press Win + G
