Overclocking: well no because i ask it on tomshardware overclocking from say x is overclocking/fast than non x
SLI or Crossfire: only 1 or 2 game have sLI so no and rtx not have connecter anyway

Additional Comments: quiet because this pc is my bedroom and my pc will be 8ft yes i did tape measure that and from my infront of my bed i got 40 inch tv

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: because i xbox one s and i like pc because there more games

It's good, but if these are parts you haven't bought yet and you have the motherboard already, assuming it's a 400 or 500 series board, I'd say getting a 5600X would give you more bang for your buck.
