Question RTX 3070 is overheating ?

Hello guys. I have Gigabyte RTX 3070 EAGLE v2 OC GPU.

I bought it like a year ago. When i play games, it utilizes 99% and the temperatures rises to 86 degrees. My monitor's resolution is 2560 x 1440p (2k). In games like Total War Attila , Crusader Kings 3, Ghost of Tsushima and Counter-Strike 2, the average temp is 80-85 degrees and it causes "throttling" so I lose performance. How can i solve this problem? I have 3 intake case fans and 1 exhaust fan in my pc case.
I don't think it's an airflow issue but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

Change the thermal pads of your card if you have good airflow in your case:

You're omitting what the case is.

I would suggest installing HWMonitor or another compatible monitoring software and reading the temperatures your components are reaching before the crash, tweaking your GPU's fan curves also, but if it's at the stage where it's running away thermally and overheating you're going to want to check there's no dust

I think the problem is my cpu's liquid cooler's radiator. It placed in front of the case so its blocking the intake fan's air. Therefore the inside of the case is choking. The two intake fans on the top of the case are useless due to hot air inside the case. I have to detach the liquid cpu cooler and need to buy air cooler for my cpu.

Update: I placed the cpu cooler's radiator to the top of the case. I tested the system on the games but it didnt make much difference at atll. Still reaching 83-84 celcius degrees on %99 utilization of the gpu at 1440p. I repasted the gpu too. I don't know what to do actually...

The cooler shroud covers too much of the heatsink's finstack, and waste heat doesn't escape as easily. For comparison, the 3070 Gaming OC:

Was high thermals an issue with the gpu when you first bought it? Or did you not watch thermals back then?

I was checking the temps back then but when I firsth bough this gpu, i had a 1080p monitor so cooling wasn't an issue. After I switched to 2k monitor, the temps went up naturally but it wasn't like 85 degrees. It was around 70-74 degrees.

My cpu is intel i5 12400f. The reason i bought liquid cooling for this cpu is the pricing of the liquid cooling. There was a sale for Deepcool LE520 liquid cooler. The air cooler was like the same price with liquid cooler so i bought the liquid cooler.
The temperature in my room when gaming is like 29-30 degrees. (still hot here in southern Turkey)
I didn't test it when the air conditioneer is on but i think it would make a difference.
