Question rtx 3080 performance issues

I have an issue with my rtx 3080 and i get some really weird results when i use userbenchmark.com
I have searched but nothing has really helped.
I also don't understand why my entire system is underperforming.

before reboot:

For some reason your cpu is not boosting. What’s the cpu temperature when running the benchmark? Is the BIOS up to date and do you have Windows power plan set to high performance?

It sort of indicates your RAM is underperforming. Is the RAM in the correct slots for dual channel per motherboard instructions?

You also have very high background cpu usage. Make sure to close everything else when running the benchmark.

its so strange. reset the bios and updated it.
got one good result

But once again it went back to the same as the beginning

@sizzling asked about your temps and commented on the background CPU usage.
Those things are critical to answer.

ow sorry, the temps are low cpus never go over 70 and gpu is in the high 70s to mid 80.
idle cpu usage is 5 percent.
trying another test with power plan set to high performance

motherboard only has 2 slots. i do however get this weird warning when running the benchmark not sure if its important:
WARN: Unable to process RAM module 0h

i think i found what was causing the issue with the benchmark

i did as it said and boom worked without error.

could you take a look at my benchmark and tell me if the performance is good.
because in game i have had low frames and low usage, the 3080 is worse than my 2070ti
