I can't see any pictures, sorry. Are they in your signature? Can't see that on mobile.

Also, I wouldn't run that GPU with a 700W PSU, but it would be helpful to get more info on the rest of the system to gauge if there is a power issue, including make and model of PSU, CPU, mobo, etc. Do you have any issues, or is this just hypothetical?

The Thermaltake SMART series is not a good quality PSU series, mostly cheap group-regulated Sirfa PSUs.

It is absolutely not suitable for a 30-series GPU. Even decent midrange PSUs can have problems with them, like the FSP-made EVGA PSUs.

It's Tier A or bust for this card.

my build follows:
H7 flow
Thermaltake SMART 700W
MSI B550I EDFE WIFI MOTHERBOARD
RYZEN 5600X @ 4.6 1.25 Volt
2x32 gb Corsair 3200 mhz
1 ssd drive c:
1 hdd drive d
MSI RTX 2070 8 GB
AIO h100i elite capellix 240 TOP , exhaust ( Fan hub commander pro i think its called)
3x 120 Noctua front intake
1x 140 Noctua rear exhaust

since this will probably be my last move with this build i was thinking on getting
Seasonic Focus GX-100 1000W 80+ gold, full modular or a 850w

what do you guys suggest?

That would definitely be a massive improvement. A safe, dependable PSU is the most important part of a build! Your rig deserves proper protection.
