Question RTX 3080 underperforming?

I recently managed to get my hands on a rtx 3080. However its the PNY version so not the top of the line model.
I ran a couple of benchmarks with stock settings and I feel like it is underperforming, or is everyone else just overclocking?

PSU: 750w

75W is the advertised wattage of the unit, what is the make and model of said PSU and it's age? As for your GPU, what were you working with prior to the RTX3080?

Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 750W
Its 3 months old.

Before the 3080 i had a rx 6600 xt, i used ddu to remove all drivers.

After pushing the overclock i managed to get an OK score but nothing more.
