on Msi after burner its saying my Gpu 1 core clock is always at 2063 MHz I don't know why that is I did a graphic driver update in windows and still the same

That is within the accepted range that GPU runs at. It is difficult to be precise with mobile GPUs since the cooling, power limit, and vBIOS will all vary by the laptop and the manufacturer's settings.

Not sure what you are expecting.
