Hiii
I'm Omar,
I have got RTX 4070 TI Super and it's good
But amd released it's new cards
The two are the same price in my country
Amd card XT is less than 60 dollar
My main use is gaming on 2k
I play FC 25 the main and sometimes spiderman and RDR2
So is moving to AMD 9070 XT will be an upgrade in gaming in fbs and quality
Also is it bad in doing videos and streaming
I mean if I moved to streaming will it be bad ??
Also I play on 2K resolution
Thanks.

Do you care about RT or not? Outside of that they’re pretty much level.

Streaming/recording wise personally I think Nvidia has better, more reliable tools vs AMD but if you’re not making a large amount of stuff or it’s not your living you have to ask if it’s worst the extra?

If you have a 4070ti already I don’t see much mileage in upgrading to 9070xt for 2k gaming.

The 9070xt is a bit better, but I doubt you’d notice much of it in actual games.

If it’s a question of buying on or the other at a similar price I’d say go for the 9070xt.

No longer a thing, Both Radeon and GeForce GPU's can use HEVC / AV1 codes, and they are widely supported too.
The person just uploading video clips of games can edit with a free program like shotcut.
I said tools not encoders? Though is NVENC is still useful.

Things like shadow play are better and more reliable than relive and for recording better than OBS. They also have things like background removal/replacement without green screens.

I personally don't think the uplift in average performance of the RX 9700 XT is worth it given that you already have an RTX 4070 Ti Super. You will lose some money selling you Nvidia card, so the difference in price will not be worth it. Both are fine for 2K gaming.

Totally not worth the upgrade.

The last known stable driver was in December, iirc.

Right I get it. I did pick up a 5060 ti 16gb. It was actually at msrp so why not? Selling the 7900xtx for now. I picked the ti up on Friday from Microcenter so I’m running whatever their latest driver is, but for the most part it’s not been a bad experience. I did have one time I was on the desktop and the display blinked black 2-3 times but not since so far.

I’m just saying nvidia as big as they are will probably eventually get it right. The question is when.
