RTX2070- combining VRAM w/ system ram

Hi so I recently purchased a 2070 rtx MSI gpu with 8gs of vram along with 32 gigs of system ram. Whenever I’m on primere pro or blender I see it sometimes takes longer to render is there a way to combine both my system ram and VRAM or will I need to only stick with one set of ram? How can I minimize time rendering 4K footage and 3-d effects?Any information is welcomed!

Intel i7 9900k
500g 970 evo m.2
4T HDD
2070 RTX 8g gpu
2x16gs gskill-ripjaws 3200mhz
