I think I can guess pretty well how that goal came about.

Gravesen was in deep clearing the ball. He punted it anywhere upfield. But as the physics of the
game engine took over, the ball continued to either linger in the air for up to 7 seconds or
bounced and gained momentum while on the floor. For one or the other scenario, the ball bounced
over the onrushing GKat the 30yard area into the net, or, it slowly tricked over the line while
the said GK was rooted to his spot just in front of the goal and did not even bother to
ballwatch.

I haven't actually seen this yet in FM2005, saw it a couple of times in CM4
and Cm03/04 though.

Had that last season in FM2005. Ball was cleared from deep within the
opposition half. My GK came rushing out (why??) the ball bounced over the GK
and rolled very slowly past the goalline. But that was one time in 4
seasons. It can happen, saw something like that IRL in dutch first division
couple of years ago.
