Run 32 bit modem on 64 bit system

I am trying to set up a Gateway 2071-A two wire modem on XP Pro x64 bit, the modem only comes with 32 bit drivers, is there any workaround for this problem ? as I can't find any 64 bit drivers. Would WOW on64 work? any help would be appreciated thanks.

Gateway requires a Serial Number to provide driver downloads.

Dear Gandalf,

Thanks for your help with this problem, but what I ended up doing to resolve it, was to plug in a Network Cable (Cat5) so no drivers were needed on the computer. Problem solved.
