Rundll32.exe crashing after opening Record/Sound devices

So I have this problem described in the title aswell on my other pc...

After I open Recordingdevices (http://prntscr.com/4iz87j) and then click on something rundll32.exe crashes (http://prntscr.com/4iz9so) so I can't acces these settings.

Anyone knows why this happens?

Fresh install doesn't work as I have this both on my fresh build pc and my old one

I know it's problem now (also posted on the microsoft community forums so the mods here can lock this thread.

It's supposed to be something to do with my av.

could be this is why I just use the Microsoft one now and not them 3ed party ones
