Runescape using 100% disk

Whenever I try and play Runescape, my SSD usage goes to 100%, and my system becomes unresponsive. I used to be able to play it just fine, quit for a year, and tried getting back into it recently, only to have this happen.

Specs:
AMD FX 8320 @ 4.8GHZ
24gb Crucial Ballistix Sport
Gigabyte R9 280x
Samsung 840 120gb SSD

Reinstall the game. Then restart your computer.
