Here are the links:

my mobo: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3501#ov
my CPU: http://ark.intel.com/products/48496/Intel-Core-i5-760-Processor-8M-Cache-2_80-GHz
the RAM I'm interested in: http://www.kingston.com/en/memory/search/?partid=hx316c9srk2/8

The story is I found that RAM in a very nice price(lower than any 1333 ddr3). I want to know if I'll be able to run it on my system! My CPU supports DDR3 1066/1333 and the motherboard supports DDR3 2200/1333/1066/800. This is a 1600mhz RAM though...
I won't mind if it will underclock to 1333mhz. I just want it to work on my system without trouble...

Anyway, I already ordered the kit 😀 I hope it will be ok. I won't overclock the CPU though... So I'll still be able to run them at 1600?

I installed them today.
At first they ran at 1333mhz. I turned on the XMP from BIOS, to run them at 1600mhz but the BCLK x Multiplier settings of my CPU changed from 133 x 21 to 160 x 18. This heated my CPU too much though(above 80C - I use the stock intel fan)... Even after turning off the XMP feature, the CPU stayed like that and I coudn't tweak these settings from my BIOS.
To solve the problem, I set the CPU settings to default from the utility inside Windows.
Now I run them at 1333mhz and I'm fine with that at the moment! I may change the settings once I get a decent CPU cooler...

Anyway, thanks for answering my question! :)
