I'm contemplating a somewhat complicated display setup for my rig, and one of the points I'm contemplating is running a pair of 4k displays off of a "not-top-tier" graphics card, on the last physically x16 slot on my motherboard, which is only pinned for x2, at PCIe gen 2.0, and I believe also runs from the chipset.
4k in this instance is of course the more common UHD standard of 3840x2160, so that there is no confusion.
Usage would be limited to normal desktop productivity and viewing 4k video on one of the monitors. Would this setup encounter any issues due to the limited PCIe bandwidth at this resolution?
