Hello, I am trying to build a pc with CPU without integrated graphics and a GPU gt 1030 that don't have the drivers installed.
Can I run a computer with this setup without drivers yet installed?
CPU: Intel Core i5 9400F 2.9Ghz 9MB Cache s1151v2
MOBO: Asus PRIME B365M-K LGA1151v2, Intel B365, DDR4, PCI-E, VGA, DVI
GPU: Asus GT 1030 Low Profile 2GB GDDR5 HDMI DP PCI-E

Solution
Can you see the bios screen? Should see POST and Bios regardless of OS/drivers.

If you have a display then install Windows (OS), it'll install generic drivers allowing the GPU to function properly. Install drivers later for further enhancements.

If you don't have a display when you turn on the computer, then that's another matter.
However, How would I transfer/download drivers without display? Would I see BIOS or window display??
Note: There's no windows system yet I need to install it first.
Thanks for answering soo fast.

Ok, I will try installing windows Thanks a lot!
However, my motherboard says it has intel hd graphics support on it does that help?

From my motherboard website:
Integrated Graphics Processor- Intel® HD Graphics support
Multi-VGA output support : DVI-D/D-Sub ports
Supports DVI-D with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
Supports D-sub with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
Maximum shared memory of 1024 MB (for iGPU exclusively)
Supports Intel® InTru™ 3D, Quick Sync Video, Clear Video HD Technology, Insider™

Note: I'm only preparing to buy the pc components to prevent problems like this.
