Running bf3 and dayz

Will the AMD fx 6300 black edition 3.5ghz and the Sapphire radeon hd 7770 ghz edition run battlefield 3 and dayz with decent frame rates on 1920x1080

By decent you mean 30FPS then yes. I'd keep antialiasing low though,very notorious setting.
