I got a Gigabyte "GV-N75TOC-2GI" Graphic card (Nvidia GTX750). It was mentioned by Gigabyte that, Recommended PSU is 400W to run this graphic card. But I have 300W PSU unit in my Dell 7010 Tower PC which has 300W PSU.

Would it be fine If I run said graphic card with 300W PSU?. And If I do so what would happen? Can low watt PSU unit burnt my graphic card or it will only degrade graphics performance? Thanks

Solution
In most cases it will not turn on at all or won't show a signal.

Prebuilts use crappy PSUs that are only good for the hardware already in the system. If you upgrade any hardware to a more power demanding one, then you most probably end up with a unusable PC.
