my pc build is

Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G4560 @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz

I'm looking to get at least constant 50-60 FPS
Any Recommended Settings?

New CPU/GPU would help the most. At 1080p, nothing much you will do will push out a steady 60fps, with your current set up, apart from lowering settings.
