Running LOL on my laptop

I just got a new laptop and i was wondering if i could run League of Legends smoothly on it.

I have a plentium dual-core CPU

4gb of ram (2.96) usable

32 bit operating system, x64 based processsor

You aren't going to be able to run any new games without any sort of stuttering, and even so anything will be very low in resolution, like 800x600. The integrated GPU sucks, and you don't have Physical Address Extension, which allows for 4 GB of RAM recognized in 32-bit computers.
