Question Running my PC 24/7 Memory getting slower after 1 week

Hey so i'm running my pc 24/7 to run a game server locally, after a week the memory gets really slow and some apps take like 4 seconds to respond and chrome lags out A LOT. I'm getting new ram tomorrow but I don't know if that's the issue. I might run it off a raspberry pi or old laptop instead. Is this a good idea? Is there a cheaper way? Not looking for processing power, just looking for uptime

Sorry for 15 day late reply lol, I just reset my pc and just upgraded and I had the issue before and still have it. I switched from 8gb of slow ram to 16gb of decent speed ram
