Hello, I'm having a couple of issues with my pc when gaming. In all games I have played in the last couple of days I have been experiencing issues: GTA V, Fortnite, CS:GO and even Factorio(a game you could even run on a pentium for example.) In Fortnite and Factorio it gives an error which indicates their is a too low amount of video memory. Here two screenshots:

I did notice that this error occured when I opened chrome while playing CS:GO and Fortnite. It doesn't crash imediately but like after 20 seconds. I know chrome is gpu accelerated, so it might have something to do with my card not being able to handle two programs at a time. I'm not a computer expert but I do have a bit of knowledge.

Here are my pc's specs:
Gigabyte GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6GB
8 Gb of HyperX Fury DDR4 Ram
Ryzen 5 1600 @ stock
500W PSU

I will send some more information like msi afterburner and WhoCrashed logs info later. I hope someone knows what might be the problem. I think it could also have something to do with Paging file as I see a lot of people having random game crashes because of it too.

Solution
Right click your start button, select Run. Type in control and hit enter. In control panel, click on the add remove programs. However, current versions of the DDU do not require you to do this so you can actually skip that step and just boot into safe mode and run the DDU. After it's done, install the drivers fresh. You will want to download the latest driver package BEFORE you run the DDU so that you already have it ready to go.
Have you altered the Windows page file? If not, then that is not the problem.

Have you performed a CLEAN install of the graphics card drivers? If not, then that COULD be the problem.

Be sure to begin the DDU installation WHILE in safe mode. You can get to safe mode using one of the methods outlined here:

It could also simply be a power supply problem. What is the exact model number of your power supply? Usually when somebody doesn't list their model number it is because they have a really poor quality unit or are unware of the important of PSU quality on system performance, especially that of graphics cards.

I am using the Masterwatt Lite 500. Also I just tried obtaining a crash log when playing GTA V. I was playing with lots of lag spikes (I used to have a constant frame rate of around 85 fps on highest settings.) and it crashed to a black screen which I havn't seen before. It seems like my pc's state is getting worse. Here is my msi afterburner monitor log just before the crash(I don't actually know if did monitor just before crash but I guess it did): https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArVcA7pbEuedgb40q-y3W2KVguxnyA (lastest log)

I don't really understand what is being ment with this quote: "Remove the current drivers or driver framework from the "Add/Remove programs" or "Programs and features" applet in Windows control panel first." What am I supposed to do here? Do I have to uninstall Geforce experience according to them?

Honestly, I don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about. You're jumping around from topic to topic without offering any clue as to what exactly you are currently doing, or trying to do. The only way WE can help from our side is if you take things one step at a time and not jump from here to there with no explanation at all.

Who is "them". Where are you seeing this quote? It's just too hard to understand when we don't know what you are in the process of trying to do or undo.

Sorry for being unclear, you're right we should do this step at a step. The website you noted which explains how to do a clean install graphics drivers. The page contains a sentence: "Remove the current drivers or driver framework from the "Add/Remove programs" or "Programs and features" applet in Windows control panel first.". So in order to clean install my drivers I want to know what the sentence means because it's one of the steps.
