Running win10 on two pcs possible?

So my cousin is building a pc and I want to know if I can install my win10 (not oem ver.) usb into my cousin's pc once it's assembled? I already have a pc and I already have win10 running but I want to use my windows 10 usb into my his pc to help save him some money

You won't be able to activate two computers with one Windows key. Can you use it to build, yes. Can you activate two PCs, NO.

sometimes depends win10 is hit or miss depending on activation but mostly done with microsofts digital licencing which ties the key to your microsoft account
