Hello, I've recently bought Witcher 2 and the game play is a bit jumpy, by that I mean it seems like there's a delay in the command and my character actually moving etc.

You are barely above the minimum requirements. It's going to be unpleasant, and that's a very CPU bound game, so you very much get smacked using 2 cores instead of 4.
