Runtime error "6" Overflow w/ 16 bit program

I'm using XP SP3 on the latest version of virtualbox and extensions on my Win 7 system. I use a 16 bit program that worked perfectly and then suddenly I'm getting a Runtime error '6' Overflow error.
I've tried reinstalling the program and VB and a variety of changes to how the program launches, but nothing.
I've searched everywhere and the only information I've found relates to Visual Basic. I didn't do anything with code. .its a free standing program.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And of course I need the program to work today.

and what is this 16bit program? where you got it from?

Its called Bubble Formshop. It's used for creating surveys. The company is out of business but I have backup copies of the files. I tried using those and it installs fine, but I get this error. Don't know what else to try.

Error when you open the apps or when you are doing something?

When I go to start it the error pops up.

I think I just figured it out. I just got a new 34" ultra wide monitor. When I window XP, the app opens without the error. When I expand the window full screen, the error comes up. Doesn't that seem odd???

Did you change any settings in the apps? or when it the last time it works, and what you did?

That kind of did. the screen probably calculating the form item location or size.
During XP year, probably don't have 1080p or any higher.
