Russian fonts problem showing as question marks

hello guys recently i installed game on russian language and discovered that everything that is on russian it shows as question marks http://prntscr.com/ksg0vt like this so can anybody please help me? thanks

okay, managed to download it, install it, register account and got in game...i see what u mean now xD

well it seems its a bug in game, setup windows every way i could (which should work), but it didnt, checked game for loaded modules and it was using all 3 CP files i have available (1250,1251,1252), also i did try to unmap in memory cp1250/cp1252, so only remained 1251, but game crashed...guess it needs them
for me only english was working flawlessly, other 2 was a no go...

so i did some google search for some 3rd app which could fully fake my locale (as i dont want to have russian windows just to test a game xD)
and found this:

download it from github
put it somewhere where u wont loose it (and dont move it later)
install it, setup your russian locale in there and rename that profile, once u save it, right click on game and on that popup menu u should see locale emulator, run your made profile and all done
