Question Rust CRASH! $50 to who SOLVES

My rust crashes after I load into a server. I run around for a few seconds then it freezes then not responds. Tried everything to fix this even reinstalling windows and I really just want it fixed and I’ll happily pay.

Specs:
RTX 2070 8gb
i7 8700k
