[SOLVED] Rust Massive FPS drop

so i had rust for awhile and not played it for a long time i used to play with no fps drops and good fps with high settings.
sometime ago i got a ssd and decided to put rust on it when i play it on normal settings i got so many lag spikes and crash
so i lowed the settings really low and it still lags i get 90 - 100 fps buy massive lag spikes when i look around in the game i get fps spikes

I dont know what to do these are my specs below
MOBO: H110M-K motherboard
cpu: i5-7400k @ 3.00Ghz
gpu: asus dual gtx 1060 6gb
RAM: 2x Corsair 4GB DDR4 2133MHz 1.20v DIMM Memory
boot drive: SSD 850 evo 500gb
secondary: 1tb hard drive
OS: windows 10 x64
psu: Corsair 550 Watt VS550 ATX PSU/Power Supply Unit

Yes i got the same problem. Its simply from the game idk why

Rust is a very CPU intensive game and lag is pretty much un avoidable depending on your CPU.

i have almost same pc as you (better cpu) and max 60 fps on super potato and every posible video/graphivs settings on 0 and i have HUGE fps spikes too

i upgraded the ram and its smooth
