[SOLVED] Rust Not Running

i have bought rust and i can only play the games at low setting with everything off, at around 70-80 frames (On potato). I feel like i should be getting the same frames at much higher settings. But whenever i try to rust it at any higher settings, my game crashes when loading onto a server with 0 people on.
Specs:
ryzen 5 1400
8gb ddr4 2400Mhz
1060 gb

Open task manager and find the usage charts. If the CPU usage is too high the game could possibly crash. Same with the RAM though 8 should be fine. I don't think it is a graphics card issue because the game would either freeze/ infinite loading. If any part has too much usage try to upgrade it or leave it on potato mode.
