Rust, stuttering with high FPS

I have a problem with Rust, my fps is 90-120 but my game feels laggy and jittery when I move the mouse around, it feels really bad.

PC Specs:

I7 7700K
1060 3GB
8GB 3000Mhz Ram

Does anyone have a solution?

Its simply because that fps gap between 90 - 120 is too much. the fps spikes are causing that stuttering. Use 100 hz settings in the game settings and those microstuttering will be gone.

like you select resolution 1920 x 1080, 144 Hz or 1920 x1080, 60 Hz.... I am talking about capping the fps to 100 fps.

Does the whole world feel laggy or just other players? I stopped playing because other players can take advantage of their lag to kill you.
