rx 460 4gb wont display second monitor?

i just build my console streaming pc but my rx 460 wont show my second monitor it shows the first monitor with no problem what could this be?

have you enabled the output on windows? you know that connecting and turning on the monitor/tv is not enough

on windows, right click on the desktop wallpaper and screen configuration, there see if two monitors show and what you want to do with them, extend desktop, clone, only 1 or only 2
