Skip the RX 460. It's a huge upgrade from your old graphics card don't get me wrong, but unless you're just getting some killer deal on it, you want the RX 560. Preferably a 4gb version. Some guys say just get a 2gb card but I think if you want the card to be viable in a year or so for gaming, get the 4gb card.
Also, if you get a 560, check the specs, you do NOT want the ones with 896 stream processors. You want the ones with 1024 stream processors.
All of that said, what would be even better on a budget relatively would be the GTX 1050ti. Those are probably 10-20% better than the 560. So basically, GTX 1050 ti if you can get it for a good price, if not, then an RX 560 4gb with 1024 stream processors.
You could go with a GTX 1050 2gb or RX 560 2gb, and they will perform fine now and be way better than your current card, but they will be outdated quicker as well. Personally I just can't see spending 150 on a 2gb card at this point.
Ideally it would be even better if you could get an RX 570 or 580, or a GTX 1060 or better because those would really give you some performance. Trust me, I had an RX 480 8gb card that I sold to due to the mining craze and made some money off of it. But at 1080 on a 60hz monitor, I could max out almost any game with my ryzen 1600.
With part of the money I made from my card I bought a GTX 1050ti to hold me over until the mining craze is over, hopefully newegg gets it here quickly as I haven't been able to use my gaming PC in a week lol. But that said, compared to a gt 730, if you went to say a 1050ti, a 1050ti is about 70% faster than a 750ti was, and that card was a couple of notches above what you have now. So any of those cards will be an enormous upgrade for you.
