Question RX 460 randomly crashing

So I have a new RX 460 for my main pc (the 2gb model) and it works fine but when I load a game etc Minecraft it can get very laggy over my older card and sometimes just crash and AMD's app pops up saying a driver issue has occured and sometimes my screen goes black and doesn't come back on for a few mins and also with this new one whenever I turn off my pc it comes back on after a few seconds

the screen going black is more likly to be a PSU issue but no sytem info.
