RX 460 without PSU cables

I just got my RX 460 and i saw it had no PSU cables... i heard about it before, GPUs without PSU cables, but i do not know how to install. I installed to motherboard but it didnt run neither... please help

I have AMD Athlon II X2 250, 8GB DDR4 RAM, Win7 OS, RX 460 2GB Gigabyte Windforce OC (let's say i use it...) if not, GT520 ASUS, 500W PSU

Ah, and i dont have the cable to connect to the GPU... i use the one to connect to CPU
