Rx 470 a good gpu?

I am buying a new gpu and i have been thinking about rx 470 but are there better gpus for under 250dollars/euros?

I5-4690k
8gb ram
2t hdd
450w psu (that will be replaced with psu that is good for rest of my build)

Your CPU will handle any powerful card, what resolution do you play at?
Where are you from?

I play at 1080p and i live in finland so most cards cost a bit more here.

I have bought rest of my parts from a finnish site called Jimms. Budget for the gpu is around 250 euros cause im gonna buy a new psu and 1t hdd.

Okay, I found the site and it seems RX 400 series are too expensive there so 1060 3 GB will be your best bet:

If you're thinking about performance it will run probably every game 1080p maxed out nicely.
