So I just Installed my new MSI Rx 480 graphics card on my computer running windows 10 with a AMD FX 4130 Quad Core 3.80ghz , 12gb Ram. My mother board is a MSI 970-A-G43
The problem I am having is I am getting Low Fps in games like CSGO, Battlefield 4, and Overwatch. I have seen people with the same graphics card get 300+ fps in csgo with high settings and I am Onlu getting 40-90fps, which I find Strange becouse my old graphics card did better. In battlefiel I get 43 fps and I have seen people get 140+ on high settings. Overwatch I get 80 fps on Ultra settings. I dont know what is cousing this, I installed the drivers from the cd and the ones on the website. If you can help please reply.

That CPU, of yours, is holding you back. It was never a good CPU, to begin with. Your particular motherboard doesn't handle higher wattage CPU's very well either. Your cheapest, decent option, would be a bios update, and an FX 8300. Next best, since you can keep your memory, would be a 4th gen i5/i7/E3 Xeon 1230v3 (or higher). Otherwise, you will want to go with a current 6th gen i5/i7. The Intel options may require a new windows license.
