Hello guys, I am going to buy a RX 470 next week and I have some concerns. About the models to choose from, I am between the RX 470 MSI Gaming X and the Sapphire Nitro+. I was leaning towards the second model(it is 10% cheaper in my country) but I heard that the Sapphire card only supports UEFI and has other compatibility issues with old Motherboards. My plan B is going for the MSI Gaming X(it seems compatible with Legacy BIOS) but is out of stock at the moment and is more expensive. Here is my spec:
Mother: Gigabyte GA-A55M-DS2 rev 3.0(supports UEFI but I am running on UEFI+Legacy in boot mode, latest driver available is from 2013)
CPU: A8-3850(I am aware that it will cause some bottlenecking)
PSU: Seasonic M12 620W EVO
Memory: 8GB Kingston HyperX 1866mhz(2x4 dual channel)
OS: Windows 10 PRO(64 bits)
Note that I can't refund the graphic card for incompatibility problems(basically I´m screwed until I update the rest of the system) and that's why I would really appreciate your input and suggestions . Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

Solution
I don't want to complicate it too much, but regardless you're going to have to upgrade your CPU/mobo combo to avoid major bottlenecking anyway.
Upgrade your CPU and motherboard followed by the graphics card and you'll be fine to boot in UEFI.
I know how to change boot order but I thought that you need GPT partitions(mine are MRB) to run with UEFI boot, but if it is that simple good for me. Anyway, I would really appreciate more input about the compatibility issues. Thanks in advance.
