hi,im curently using 720p monitor,g3258,rx 470.but in every game i played,im suffer stuttering.how this can happen?
previously im using 1080p monitor,g3258,r9 270 and can run all game in no lag and stuttering.
is reducing monitor size can impact gamming?

games,world of warcraft,dota2,csgo,paladin.
both using w10 pro
i already download the latest driver but no work

i think using the old 720p monitor will increase the fps but apparently not.my fps instead be dropped

No game should be stuttering with the setup you have at that resolution. Can you please give us the name and model of your power supply? In addition, run a program like CrystalDiskMark and have it test the drive you run games off and post a screenshot here.

It's very likely that your power supply isn't good enough and is choking the GPU but we want to cover all bases. I have actually fixed a computer recently that had the same problem when upgrading from Intel graphics to an RX 470 on a low quality power supply. The game would be very choppy compared to the Intel GPU but replacing the power supply fixed the issue.

my psu is enermax naxn500w
i checked the system requiments that rx 470 only needed 450w psu.
my rx 470 is from xfx

That power supply is 500w max, that is not sustained output. Some power supply manufacturers pull that trick to make their wattage seem higher. That unit is very low quality.

I would highly recommend trying that video card with a quality power supply.
