That's 300mm which is more than the 276mm of the card. Which means it will fit just fine. But another issue you should be aware of is case air flow. I would assume it's pretty poor inside that thing which means the card will run hotter than with a better case which will result in lower performance from the card due to thermal throttling and how GPU boost 3.0 works with dropping the clock speeds by significant amounts based on small temperature rises. My recommendation is to look into proper PC case that you can then transfer everything from this case into. Doesn't need to be expensive and fancy, can be something decent for cheap especially if it's used and local from somebody who upgraded to something nicer and just wants to get rid of it.
if you have access to a measuring tape, then make sure you have room inside the case for the length and the width of the card. the available room for length should be 280mm and the width (from PCIe slot to the side panel) should be 145mm because the card dimensions are 276 x 140mm and you should make sure you have a little wiggle room for the card inside.

sorry man but im dont have any measuring tape

I found this on hp website
Dimensions (H x W x D)
36.8 x 16.5 x 38.9 cm (14.49 x 6.50 x 15.31 in)
Packaging dimensions (H x W x D)
49.6 x 24.0 x 51.8 cm (19.52 x 9.45 x 20.39 in)

and i bought 800 watt psu
i spend all my money on the cpu and gpu and psu
and in cnet website gpu DIMENSION :
Width 1.7 in
Depth 10.9 in
Height 5.5 in

case dimensions are irrelevant

what matters is the inside space available

you need to open the case and measure for max gpu length

max length : around 30-32 cm
