my other monitor is full hd , and i noticed my gpu temps are 90c 89c now in games never goes higher is that normal and safe ? i used to have 76 -79 temps when i used one full hd monitor
Gpu-: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB
i7 7700k

Hi,
For gpus, staying under 90 degrees is recommended.

Clean up dust from fan if anything and download msi afterburner.
From there you can adjust a more aggressive fan curve witch should help cooling the card.
The downside is that the fan will be way louder. You have to decide if you want a quiet computer and risk overheating or loud computer kept cool.

If you had the GPU for a few years, you might want to reapply new thermal paste witch might help.

i don't usually like to change these stuff but is 62% fan speed okay ? and not a risk for my gpu fan or anything like that

Honestly my 1080sc runs 64c max on max settings with games. You shouldn't be getting over 75c ever and i'm running 3 24" monitors and 1 43" tv at 4k. Because the thermal grease can be poorly spread or in some cases just not enough, consider buying some new arctic thermal compound 1-2 tubes, and possibly a better heatsink for that card and redo it. It's a thing. Any serious gamer should be redoing his thermal compound about once a year of hard gaming anyways. It dry's up over time from extreme heat and can heat up bad. This is the same with cpu's as well. I'd say you have poor thermal conductivity. No software or fan speed is going to help. You need to maintenance your gpu's heatsink plain and simple.
