Hello everyone, I'm looking for a new GPU and i have interest in two graphics cards- The Asus Rog Strix rx 480 8 GB and the Gigabyte Windforce 1060 6 GB. The 1060 is 10 bucks more expensive than the Asus one, but i'm not sure which one i should by. What is your opinion???

Here are the links for both:

By a pure performance these card are neck'n neck. But I vote for Radeon RX 580. Why? Extra 33% more GB of VRAM and there's better chance that you might have Freesync monitor than G-Sync. The only disadvantage of RX 580 is power efficiency. And usually Radeon cards have that mystical "Fine Wine Technology". They tend to age better.

Yeah the Asus one ist actually expensive for that GPU and the Gigabyte Windforce one ist a good deal for a 1060.

They are both good choices, but I've noticed that the more graphically enhanced games it seems the 480 does a little better and on others the 1060. 480 especially on newer titles.
