Hey guys, I hope you can help me out on this one.

Last week I bought a Sapphire Nitro RX 480 4GB GPU to replace my MSI R7 260X (I have a 600W CoolerMaster PSU btw) but since then my PC keeps randomly restarting (every 15 min on average). At first I thought it was a power problem because our electricity installation (I don't know how it's called in english) had just been changed, yesterday I downloaded and installed the latest AMD drivers and no crash for hours (even in game), everything seemed to be fine, launched Rocket League (which made the PC crash almost immediately everytime, especially when there are lots of particle effects and stuff) and it worked, today I did the same, and, you guessed it, it restarts...

How do you think I can solve this?

Solution
You should get othre better-quality PSU, because most of the CM 600W is the low-quality PSU, which has problem to handle the newer powerful GPU.
Temps are fine (35/40°c for the CPU).
But as I said I think there is a problem both with the electricity at my place (5 minutes ago my PC rebooted three times in a row while my mother was vacuuming, my PC also reboots when using the tap or the shower, btw my home's maximum wattage is 2800W) and some "compatibility" issue with my GPU (and yes, it probably is my PSU), thanks for answering though and I hope we can find the problem, it's killing me..

Then you should buy the UPS ( Uninterruptible power supply ) for the PC only.

We should have gotten one a week ago but the lady who had one was diagnosed with cancer and died yesterday :/
This morning (it's 10:30PM here) an electrician comes to change the wattage so maybe that will fix it (but then I'll still have the RX480 problem..)

Yeah, it was even lower earlier this year but I live in the french countryside in a really old house.
Anyway, the electrician didn't show up this morning, so maybe tommorow.
And again, that's not my only problem because this happened aswell at my other home: I launched BF1 and when the cinematic ends my PC reboots (while using my new GPU, I only have had problems with my old GPU because of the low wattage)...
So maybe we wait until the wattage problem is fixed and I only then I'll come back if it still doesn't work.
