I've tried just about all I could potentially do to get this GPU to work with no luck.
  • BIOS Flashing had no avail
  • Inspected the board with no components having any sort of damage or deterioration.
  • Lowering clocks has no effect on whether it will crash or not.
  • Tested in two different PC's with absolutely no difference in events.
  • Architecture is Baffin but GPU-Z Redirects me to the Polaris 10 Version?
  • Plays games but then crashes when not under load or crashes randomly midgame.
  • Using different video outputs makes no difference
Genuinely at a loss as to what's wrong with this thing.

Event 41 indicates power delivery failure and in most cases, is caused by PSU. However:

Tested in two different PC's with absolutely no difference in events.

This indicates that the issue is with GPU, unless both PCs use the same make and model PSU. And even then, chances of two different PSUs acting up, are low (unless both PSUs are crap quality units).

So, with this, my best guess is, that for some reason, GPU wants to draw either too much power, or at out of spec voltages, and PSU catches this anomaly, and shuts the PC down, to protect itself, GPU and other components.

Here, RMA the GPU. Or if there isn't any warranty, buy a new GPU.
