[SOLVED] Rx 570 4g monitor no signal

Im having some issues with my gpu
I put a rx 570 red dragon 4gb on my byild however it seems that my monitor is not connecting to the gpu

No signal !!!!

But if i connect the monitor to my apu
Ryzen 5 2400g its working

Heres my build ryzen 5 2400g
Gigabyte b450 ds3h
Rz 570 power color 4gb
4x2 crucial 2666 oc to 2833 mhz ram

So i was able to use the gpu it just that there seems to be some delay for my monitor to detect my gpu
Should i change the initial display output? To pci e slot?
And also the monitor show no signal ehen im going to bios

That PSU is GARBAGE. You should upgrade to a more reliable PSU of a reputable brand even if it's not the root of your problem.

Try another monitor or TV if possible to see if the problem still exists. Change the BIOS setting to use only PCIe for display.
